Replacement

Conditions for replacement :

We only accept returns or exchange for replacement if item is found to be damaged or defective upon arrival due to an error on our part.

Ineligible Reasons : we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on :
Change Of Mind : You no longer want the product.
Subjective Dislike : You do not like the colours, pattern, or feel ( as colours can vary slightly based on screen settings.)
Incorrect Size Ordered : You ordered the wrong size.
Used/Washed Items : once an item has been used or washed, it is ineligible for replacement.

Required Evidence : Please include your order number  and attach clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

The Pick-up & Replacement Process
  • Once the claim is approved, we will arrange for a  pickup of the damage/defective item.
  • After we verify the defect, we will immediately process and ship a replacement of the exact same  product (same size, colour, and design ) to you.
  • we do not offer refunds under this policy; all approved  cases will result in a replacement item being shipped.
